Return Policy
If you have items you wish to be returned or exchanged please send us an Email within 7 days of received date for full refund or 15 days for an in store credit.
Orders that are eligible for Return that received FREE shipping will be refunded minus the shipping costs from original purchase.
Items must be unused, have the original tags, and be in resell-able condition in order to receive a full refund.
CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Online returns/order cancellation may be subject to transaction Fee of $16.74 also PayPal and Sezzle refund transaction fees will apply.
Return Shipping Instructions
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges.
Please include your invoice with the return and do NOT attach any shipping labels or tape to the actual product boxes. This may result in up to a 30% restocking fee. If you misplace your invoice please include your name, phone number, and order number on a piece of paper inside of the package.
All products must be shipped in either an envelope, shipping wrapping paper, or shipping boxes.
Customers may use any shipping carrier that they prefer.
